VISA
To visit Iran, all nationalities are required to obtain a visa. All European Union passport holders can travel independently to Iran and get a 30 day visa upon their arrival (this cannot be extended). UK, US & Canada citizens currently can NOT get a visa on arrival at the airport. They need to travel as part of an escorted group or private tour, with an official guide during their entire stay in Iran. The itinerary needs to be pre-arranged, hotels pre-booked and paid for and the visa should be obtained in advance.
Driver
We provide you with a private, well experienced driver who drives you safely and smoothly during your journey. He or she will give you relevant information regarding good restaurants and nice places to visit. He or she accompanies you through your trip, and waits for you outside the sights. Please note that the driver is not a tour guide. He is not allowed to describe the monuments as he does not have the required license for tour guiding.
Driver Guide
A driver-guide will travel and accompany the guests throughout the tour. Heor she has a valid guiding license from the Cultural Heritage and Tourism Organization.
An accompanying driver guide will assist you with check-in /check-out at the hotels, as well as guide you through and describe the history of the monuments, places, culture, traditions and customs of the Iranian people. He or she will be at your service throughout the tour.
Local Guide
While we sometimes prefer our travellers to venture out on their own and explore the destination, there are times when we rely on the value of a more experienced, knowledgeable tour leader. Here are a few reasons why you may want to take advantage of having a professional guide:
1. When you have very little time a knowledgeable guide can customize sightseeing according to your wishes in a timely manner, as he/she is aware of your limited time, and can plan your adventure
2. When visiting popular locations, a tour guide will know how to keep you away from the crowds and rush hours.
3. Visiting historic destinations is best when an experienced/knowledgeable tour guide can offer in depth information by sharing stories that a tourist may never see in print
4. Language barriers: A tour guide who speaks the local language is an invaluable source; both you and the natives will be at ease with communicatio
Hotel Booking
We offer hotel booking services to our clients and ensure to provide our customers with the best hotels ranging from one to five stars. The choice of the hotel is made according to your wishes. However, we recommend certain hotels based on the experience of previous travellers.
There has been a boom in tourism in Iran in the last few years, which has led to a scarcity of hotels in some major touristic sites. Due to tight availability and steep prices during high seasons, it is advisable to book at least several months in advance.
FLIGHT
Depending on your preference and your itinerary, we can book the domestic flights for our clients. For some routes like Tehran – Shiraz we recommend domestic flights as it is more time saving than a bus journey. If a tour is booked through our agency, our guide will welcome you at the airport and accompany you to the hotel.
We provide plane tickets for all major domestic airlines such as Iran Air, Aseman Airlines, Mahan Air, Kish Air. The best deals are obtained one month prior to your departure. Therefore, we recommend to decide about the transportation before the arrival to Iran.
