Engineering Design Unit:
The first step in making a panel is the optimal design of the panel and the arrangement of its parts, which is the responsibility of the design and engineering unit. Panel design is divided into several parts: frame design, electrical map design and equipment selection. In this unit, using EPLAN P8 separation software, the most advanced electrical panel design software in the world is done. Among the unique features of this software is high speed in design and the possibility of creating macros in the environment of this software, which greatly speeds up the design process. Also in this software, it provides the possibility of preparing multiple reports, including diagram terminal, part list, INDEX report and TABE OF CONTENT, etc. In addition, using the list connection method in the output of this software and using it instead of the wire number makes the maintenance of the panel very easy and minimizes the work error.
Frame design:
The frames are designed based on the received technical specifications, including mechanical, painting, assembly, testing, and for continuous work in the environmental conditions of the installation site.

These boards are made according to the Siemens design, where each cell is separate. Due to the design, it has high strength against short circuit currents. All cells have a safety valve to limit the internal pressure when a short circuit occurs inside the panel.

Low pressure boards:
The skeleton of these panels is made in the form of a Rital element design and in the form of all bolts and nuts, which in any case, due to the mesh profile, can be very resilient to install the equipment.
Technical specifications of standing boards:
Standing boards are in the form of Rital design, in which the relevant profile is bent in one piece and continuously. They are also mesh, which allows you to install the parts in the desired part. All sheets used in these boards are oil sheets, which are of the blue and export type of Mobarakeh Steel of Isfahan, the thickness of which is as follows.
The thickness of the front door plate, the chassis tray under the panel is 2 mm, the side doors, the back and the roof are 1.5 mm.
All the doors and coverings of the panels are made of injected foam, moisture and dust.
The front door lock is in the form of a switch and a lever and is of a high quality external type and is fastened to the structure by a special strap at the four points of the door.
There are four hooks on the roof of the panel for easy transportation.

Technical specifications for washing and painting:
After manufacturing all metal parts and quality control, the washing steps are done by immersion method as follows before spraying the paint.
At this stage, the parts are placed in a degreaser tank with a temperature of 70-75 degrees Celsius. In this way, the parts are free of any fat. After degreasing, the parts are washed with warm water.
At this stage, the parts are placed in an iron phosphate chamber with a temperature of 50-60 degrees. This forms a uniform series of crystals on the metal surface to prevent corrosion of the metal. The parts are then washed with cold water. Then they get dried. All parts are electrostatically coated by powder spraying, which is done in one step. After that, the paint is baked in the oven and prepared. The minimum thickness of the paint at this stage is 70 microns.
quality control unit:
Inspection and performing the necessary tests to ensure the flawless operation of the panel and compliance with the standards requested by the employer is one of the tasks of this unit. These are listed in full in the attached tables. Also, all electrical components including switches, contactors, protection relays as well as raw materials such as sheets, ingots, wires and cables, glands and input of tools, etc., before entering the warehouse and allocating to the relevant project, get supervised and approved by the expert of each department. The relevant person in charge receives the goods according to the order code and makes sure of the quality of the mentioned items. After all these steps the goods can be used.
