The main building of the hotel was built in the late Safavid period. Changes have been made in the Qajar and Pahlavi periods. Its reconstruction started in 2013 and was put into operation in early 2016.

The hotel is located in Vaqat Al-Sa’at Square (the center of the historical context of the city) and 50 meters away from the Great Kabir Mosque of Yazd and easy access to historical and recreational places of the city with traditional architecture and three floors.
