Ardakan Glass Factories

Ardakan flute glass factories with the aim of establishing factories for exploration and extraction of minerals, production and processing of glass raw materials, production of flute glass with a thickness of 1.5 to 3 mm and establishment of glass by-products production workshops on an area of ​​2 hectares Ardakan Yazd was established. Construction of the company's first production line with a capacity of 5 tons per day began in 2008 to produce a variety of clear, colored, reflex, mirror, laminate, double-walled and unbreakable plain float glass. This production line was completed in 2011 and put into operation. Ardakan flute glass factories using the latest technology and modern machines in the world in a fully mechanized and robotic manner and by applying precise control over the quality of raw materials and glass produced, the possibility of producing class A products and usable for the automotive industry, provides qualified mirrors as well as building glass based on the Japanese JIS standard. The factory is now the most complete glass production complex in West Asia, with the largest glass production furnace in the Middle East and a complete basket of flat glass products.

Now, Ardakan flute glass factories, using the strength and expertise of 4 young and capable employees, own very large and high-quality mines of glass raw materials, especially silica, dolomite and lime, which are located very close to the factory. Purchase and use of mining equipment and direct extraction from its mines, establishment of the largest silica granulation and processing plant (which ranks first in West Asia in terms of production volume), is divided into four independent plants. Each of these factories is connected to each other as a complementary link in the production chain.

These four factories are as follows:

- Mineral extraction and processing plant

- Factory for crushing and arranging glass raw materials

- Flute production line with a capacity of nine hundred tons per day

- Glass accessories factory including mirrors, reflective glass, laminate, decorative, satin, double glazed and unbreakable.
