Yazd traditional sweets

Yazd traditional sweets started its production bases with the construction of a 500-meter workshop and shop in 1990, with the cooperation of 6 experienced personnel and partners. It now has about 80 active staff and more than 10,000 square meters of workshop and shop environment (central branch and provincial branches). Utilizing the ideas and hands of artists, masters of experienced artists and with 60 years of experience of confectioners (who are called Khalifa in Yazd) - who were also the founders of this institute - and using the management and experienced staff, modern technology along with the preservation of values and experiences Valuable predecessors hired. This collection, by producing its products from high quality and completely natural raw materials, while sweetening the taste of its compatriots all over the country and foreign tourists, has been honored to obtain an excellent degree (the highest rank of confectionery making) by the Yazd Confectionery Trade Union.
The high acceptance of consumers has encouraged the management of the institute to establish various branches in Yazd province and representation in other provinces. Due to the efforts of a group of Iranian merchants, today the traditional sweet of Yazd crosses the borders of Iran and is exported to other countries.
Yazd traditional sweets consider respecting the rights and maintaining the health of consumers as one of its obligations, and therefore, using natural and useful ingredients, very delicious sweets such as Quttab, Baklava, Pashmak, Yazdi cake, Hajibadam, Bidmashk Loz, Pistachio Loz etc, as the best and most privileged traditional souvenir of Yazd.
