Haj GholamAli Ghahvehchi Al-Hosseyni established Yazd Restaurant and  Hall Complex in 1985. Haj GholamAli Ghahvehchi Al-Hoseyni, known as Haji Ashpaz –measn chef- (Haji Qahvehchi), started his activity in the field of cooking in 1969. He spent his cooking time at Evin Hotel, Farhang Hotel in Yazd, Taj Chelokabab restaurant with master of cooking, Haj Abbas Bashi. Then he started his career professionally by cooking food at home from A to Z and at the same time working in the Rah Ahan hospital and with the encouragement of Dr. Joshan. After that, the name "Haji Ashpaz" (chef) became famous for his honesty and perseverance. Today, Yazd Hall complex, which includes restaurants, take away and several halls, is at the top of restaurants and halls in Yazd. In these consecutive years, the quality of service and customer orientation have been the top priority and we hope that this service will be better than before for the coming years, thanks to the divine grace and care.
